According to an Annoncement launched by China's Ministry of industry and information technology(MIIT)

On April 17th ,MIIT and other eight departments jointly issued "on the implementation of broadband China 2013 Special Action opinions" (hereinafter referred to as "views"). Comments submitted in 2013 aims to: network coverage has continued to improve, the new FTTH covering more than 35 million households, 180,000 new 3G base stations, the new WLAN access points 1300000. Huimin popularity expanding, new fixed broadband access more than 25 million Internet users, 100 million new 3G users, the new 18,000 administrative villages through broadband, to achieve 5000 primary and secondary schools in poor rural areas broadband access or modification speed, start the implementation of "broadband Internet School Link" project. Effectively enhance the level of broadband access, broadband access using 4M and above users of the product more than 70%. Urban broadband development is paying off, the emergence of a number of broadband cities, forming a good policy environment for broadband development, achieve high broadband information infrastructure and application level.

According to our experience the use of per base station is 6 sets. therefore, the totall use of gel seal closure in 2014 will be reached as more as 180,000 *6  around 1.1 to 1.5 million.
